To organize all program variants the volumetric assembly assumes a major role - harmonizing together in an effort to take a clear identity. Roof and exterior coating create a continuous covering unifying the exterior image.
The final form is a broken volume, an irregular prism that solves the upper program organizing the three floors above the ground level.
The interiors adopt different solutions to common spaces and intimate ones. Living rooms, kitchens and offices share a kind of open space. Bed rooms offer traditional closed spaces.
