Text description provided by the architects. A large property nowadays too divided. We tried not to aggravate their characterization and to safeguard the reference of the existing building. It was important for us to preserve the environment of the existing entry of the manor house, and reduce the environmental impact of new volumes, looking in all to make a new front to enrich the future city park.

The set consists of three buildings, each corresponding to a specific area structured according to a north / south axis.
We favor the preservation of some important species / green areas and developing of others, like the roofs of new buildings, we seek greater continuity and fundamentally serenity of the outdoor spaces.
The buildings are semi-buried and its development are characterized by the treatment and respect of the coverage, extension of the outdoor spaces, giving a image of platforms, where the exterior walls act as retaining walls, like some preexistence constructions.
