The European Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention, a biennial award organized by the COAC (Association of Architects of Catalonia) and the AADIPA (Association of Architects for the Defence and Intervention in Architectural Heritage), has announced the winners of its fifth edition.

Open Registration: 5th Edition of the European Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention
The Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention’s 5th call, addressed to professionals related to interventions in architectural heritage –architects, historians, archaeologists...–, opens its online registration on Monday, December 21, 2020 and will remain open until March 12, 2021. On this occasion, any completed work, carried out or published in the European geographical area during the period between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2020, and which meets the requirements of the 4 categories of the award can be entered:

The Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention AADIPA’s 4th call, addressed to professionals related to interventions in architectural heritage –architects, historians, archaeologists ...–, opens its online registration on Monday, December 17, 2018 and will remain open until April 5, 2019. Any completed work, carried out or published in the European geographical area during the period between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2018, and which meets the requirements of the 4 categories of the award can be entered:
Category A: Intervention in built heritage
All architectural, permanent or ephemeral interventions in architectural properties of heritage interest.
Category B: Exterior spaces
All interventions in the historic
Call for Submissions to 3rd Edition of European Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention AADIPA
The Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention AADIPA, arises from the belief that heritage, as a vehicle for social integration and an economic vitalizing resource for the community, deserves to be appreciated and encouraged. In the current context, in which architectural heritage is considered not only to be a fundamental instrument of knowledge but also a first rate socio-economic resource for the sustainable development of the territory, the disclosure, distinction and recognition of works and quality projects contributing to the preservation of the collective memory is imperative.
Winners of the 2015 AADIPA European Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention Announced
After reviewing 200 applications from 25 countries and 14 finalists, a library in Spain, housing in Portugal and a masterplan for an Italian city were among the winners of the second edition of the European Prize of Architectural Heritage Intervention AADIPA 2015.
The competition spanned four categories: intervention in built heritage; exterior spaces; urban planning and disclosure.
