Fabral, a leader in metal roofing solutions, provided Twin Fold II Metal Roofing Panels for the Queen Anne’s County Family YMCA project in Centreville, Maryland. ACR Metal Roofing and Siding selected Fabral’s panels, which were roll-formed on-site to ensure precise installation and long-term performance.

The new YMCA, which opened on October 18, 2023, represents a collaboration between the YMCA of the Chesapeake and the Queen Anne’s County Department of Community Services. The Queen Anne’s County YMCA, covering 18.7 acres, features an outdoor pool, three playing fields, and a 48,000-square-foot building designed to accommodate a variety of functions. As one of the largest YMCA facilities on the Eastern Shore, it provides comprehensive health and wellness services to the local community, with Fabral’s roofing solution integrated into the building’s structure. Fabral’s Onsite Roll-Forming Service allowed the Twin Fold II panels to be manufactured and installed directly at the site, including at the roof line elevation, to meet the project’s specifications.
