The Beaux-Arts Residence combines apartments, a care hotel, and a public restaurant under a boutique hotel concept.
Located in Ghent, the residential complex was completed and opened in July 2022. Spanning 2,670 m², it features 29 apartments and 18 assisted living units. The central idea of this project was to meet both safety and care requirements while creating a cozy, comfortable living environment for residents.

The H3734 ST9 Dijon Walnut runs as a consistent theme throughout the timeless design, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere with its warm wood tone. In the restaurant, the walnut decor can be found on the chef's table, window frames, wall paneling, and wine cabinets. Green tiles and burnt orange chairs provide a contrasting element. Above the tiled bar, the crossbeams arranged in a pattern with H3734 ST9 Dijon Walnut add additional depth to the space. In public areas, where higher safety requirements are in place, the decor is used in the Flammex version, such as in the restaurant and corridors.
