More about this product

Cosentino designs and produces surfaces that strike the perfect balance between luxury and functionality. Cosentino's Dekton® cladding was used on the façades of residential buildings due to its customizable format, resistance to erosion and stains, and color stability.

Cap Ferrat

The 20-story Cap Ferrat residential building is located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and covers 2,000 m2. Built in 1976, the original façade had begun to deteriorate 40 years after construction. For its renovation, Dekton® was used in the cream Danae shade for its tonal similarity to sand. Dekton® by Cosentino was the perfect solution for the new cladding since it fulfilled three requirements:

1. It could be installed over the original
2. It stayed under a maximum load of 90 kilograms per square meter
3. It was resistant to seaside climatic conditions

Dekton cladding Arteixo House Dekton cladding Valdebebas 127

Arteixo Home

Architect Leandro M. del Río was tasked with restoring the 1960s Arteixo Home, located in northern Spain. The building's low load-bearing capacity meant limitations of energy demand and sound insulation had to be resolved. The success of this restoration lay in the use of Dekton cladding for the façade, which can withstand coastal environments and hide installations and building elements. The developer proposed the use of a ventilated façade with ceramic cladding.

Valdebebas 127

The Valdebebas 127 residential project is located in Madrid, Spain and consists of 201. Ultra-compact Dekton® surfaces were used on the façade and skirting board, covering a total surface area of almost 8,000 m2 in Cosentino cladding. A warm finish from Dekton® was used, harmonizing the building with the surrounding environment. The plinth was clad in Domoos, a black shade, creating a distinct contrast.
