TWELVECONCEPT is a leading provider of construction and design solutions specializing in the manufacturing & processing of design materials ranging from marble to porcelain slabs, terrazzo, and concrete. TWELVECONCEPT participates with the installation of large format slabs from LEVEL, employed in the creation of custom furniture and fittings for bathrooms and kitchenettes. Red velvet marble is also used in wall claddings, countertops, and more, in Newel Hotel, located in Psychiko, Athens.

The Newel Hotel project, situated in Athens's Psychiko neighborhood, served as a platform for TWELVECONCEPT to demonstrate expertise in hotel contract developments. Collaborating with JC Architects, the goal was to craft a standout, luxurious urban hotel.

A notable aspect is the integration of large format slabs from LEVEL company, utilized in crafting custom furniture and fittings for the hotel's bathrooms and kitchenettes. These slabs, crafted from premium materials, offer a contemporary aesthetic that harmonizes with the hotel's overall design. Additionally, natural Red velvet marble was incorporated, infusing a sense of warmth into the space. This unique material adorns various elements such as wall cladding and countertops, elevating the hotel's ambiance. Further enhancing the hotel's appeal are custom concrete furniture and room dividers, contributing an industrial and modern touch while serving functional purposes and enhancing visual interest throughout the premises. The combination of large format slabs, Red velvet marble, and custom concrete features culminates in a captivating and distinct urban hotel experience for guests over time.
