TWELVECONCEPT joins this project with craftmanship and installation of custom cement bricks to add texture and large-format slabs by Laminam, Italian porcelain panels by Fiandre and Natural marble by Dionysos in this Hotel located in Athens, Greece.

Located in the bustling heart of Athens amidst ancient landmarks, the Academia Hotel emerges as a luxurious city retreat. Collaborating with the award-winning Mt architects, TWELVECONCEPT embarked on a journey to bring this project to fruition. A standout feature of the hotel lies in its external facade, crafted using large format slabs sourced from Laminam. Beyond enhancing the hotel's aesthetic appeal, these slabs offer an enduring finish, meticulously installed with custom mechanical supports to ensure structural integrity.

Venturing inside, guests are welcomed by floors adorned with Fiandre Italian Porcelain Panels, giving elegance while promising durability and ease of maintenance. Along with that, the walls are adorned with Dionysos natural marble, imparting a sense of refinement throughout the interiors. Furthermore, custom furniture pieces meticulously crafted from large format slabs adorn various areas within the hotel, including tables, bathrooms, the bar, and the poolside, ensuring a seamless and contemporary aesthetic.
