The Marie Chair, crafted by Hoffmann Kahleyss Design for Freifrau Manufaktur, is designed to make a statement while providing comfort and versatility. Its relaxed upholstery style invites users to sit back and relax or engage in social interactions.

Design

The chair features a seating shell with casually crumpled upholstery, set within a delicate steel or wooden frame. This frame includes a rear bar that pinches the back of the cushion, enhancing the chair's laid-back appearance. Freifrau offers a range of fabric and leather coverings to suit various preferences, with the shell covering easily changeable via a zipper and screws. Additionally, the chair can be disassembled into its individual parts, facilitating maintenance and disposal at the end of its service life.
