The 8ÈME Art building, located in Marseille, France, is situated nearby recognizable buildings including the Unité d’Habitation, designed by Le Corbusier. Designed by Atelier Femia, 8ÈME Art has 676 housing units, 90 units for the elderly, the Renault concession and garage, and additional offices. The Bandalux Premium Plus II roller shades are used to cover the various glass openings.
Premium Roller Shades
Bandalux's Premium Plus II roller shades are crank-operated, using double supports to reduce the gap between each system. The roller shades use the Polyscreen® 365 fabric, which perfectly integrates into the system, providing thermal efficiency, visual comfort, and aesthetics. The Premium Plus II roller shades provide solar control for indoor thermal comfort which helped to achieve the building's HQE Certification for offices and services.
Bandalux roller blinds are available in a variety of fabrics and configurations making them fully customizable. Premium roller shades are ideal for all sorts of windows and Premium Plus roller shades are for extra wide and tall shades. Thin covers minimize the gap between the fabric and the support.
