“Georgina Business Park is an architectural complex, located at São José do Rio Preto, Brazil. The complex has 12 commercial towers, residential apartments, stores, restaurants, hotel and an event area. At the central area, there will be a plaza with 6.000 square meters, with a fake lake as big as an Olympic pool.
The project’s concept was based on maintaining existing local trees. All buildings were designed to embrace those trees and to be a part of it, providing well-being to those who work and visit it.
Pedestrians have the priority at the complex. Every path has its own percolated cover and green areas with small lakes. Wide streets surround the complex for traffic. All towers have a modernist approach, with 10 stores height maximum and pilotis. The complex still has an institutional area given to the city with 6.000 sq.m, which will place a recreation area at the open sky.”
