Text description provided by the architects. Toby & Taylor Gauley grew up learning the trade by working on their father’s lakeside job sites in Montreal’s northern cottage country. After his passing in 2010, they started over with a strong focus on cleaner, simpler, more contemporary design.

Even though times were very hard, they still managed to do some very cool lakeside & downtown Montreal projects that slowly got the name out. So to create their own work and show off more designs the gb1 loft was acquired to “flip” as gauleybrothers1.
