The area where the building is located is highly chaotic in terms of architectural typologies, textures and colors, so we decided to create a building that would constitute an order from the chaos in the neighborhood. For the facade we used 3 distinct types of enclosures: white, glossy and clear. Achieving a dynamic design while providing the necessary privacy to the various spaces as required, letting as much natural light into each of the environments.

Additionally, we implemented the use of exposed materials such as concrete and partitions which by their rough texture contrast with the cleanliness of the glass envelope of the building.

Another guiding idea of the project is to generate proactive and playful habitable environments, the distribution of spaces is variable. The common areas and a bedroom are on the main floor, the master bedroom / studio is on another level, depending on the location in the building this second level may be higher or lower.

To achieve full customization, closets and kitchens were designed exclusively. Additionally, pipes and handles were designed in bathrooms, lights and kitchen ventilation. Paying excessive attention to detail.
