Text description provided by the architects. A moderate distance is kept outside by assuming the tenement house form. I thought that an independent approach to each unit is connected at the outside environment with planting and the chance to touch.
In addition, the tenement house was not made overbearing an one volume. We were made in the south-north through by using "Division" and "Gap".
It is tried to take the outside environment indoors by apply the daylight and ventilation from the window opened to the best position.
The lower side of the external stairs made to the indoors, and made each unit section three- dimensionally. Then, the throb feeling in a popular apartment without was able to be given.
At the same time, it aims at the shape that merges without shutting though the interplay of the glance of the unit is avoided and the outside environment.
