Text description provided by the architects. At the top of the long slope, which is in an involved residential area, you can see the volume of three buildings in gray. This collective housing consists of a maisonette form, which has 8 rooms and each room has a loft and either a yard or a roof terrace respectively.
The footage is from 22 sq m to 27 sq m. although it is like a size of one-room apartment, thanks to multi-layer structure and independent entrance, you can feel as if it is a single-family house without feeling the narrowness.
Moreover, by placing an appropriative yard without making the fence for blocking the line of sight, residents from other rooms can see the yard and it induce residents communication.
It is the collective housing of new sense, which can have a fun like share housing while ensuring the privacy.
