The building is on a site with an unconventional shape, so we designed two different blocks linked by the vertical circulation, with a total of 7 apartments.
These have different design characteristics, enhancing the proposal with unique spaces, sometimes generating double height areas, in turn satisfying the housing market.
The structure is made of load-bearing walls and concrete waffle slab. The building is thus free of columns, encouraging freedom of spatial functioning. Plus there are no spaces in the building that are not ventilated and lit naturally.
The main façade has a system of rainwater collection to meet the needs and design premise. This system is a green curtain with different species of vines and plants that accompany the building harmoniously in relation to the immediate context. Thus it is unnoticed and camouflaged.
