Located in the central part of Girona's medieval quarter, within the perimeter of the first wall and overlooking the Plaça Sant Doménec, is the property Alemanys 5, whose original building dates back to the XVI century.
Its recent restoration integrates old and new, where sober and clean lines look for the enjoyment of essential elements such as space, light, shadows, fire, stone, water or silence.
The building is configured from two family apartments of different sizes and features:
"El Badiu" (the gallery), is a duplex of 180 m2 on the upper floors, with a master suite and two rooms for kids, a large living room with fireplace and a spectacular terrace facing south, with exclusive views over the old medieval city.
