Industrialized modular housing prototype that allows growth and changes over time. All building systems are dry.
Complete units are manufactured in a workshop, with all interior finishes of the maximum size supported by conventional transport (3m wide, 2.5m tall, and up to 12m long).
Only the last layer of the facade and the roof are placed in situ to ensure continuity, overlap and waterproofing of joints.
Interior partitions, storage and fixed furniture are incorporated to the walls, which house good technical quality building services, home automation and other customized items for each configuration.
The resulting assemblage offers quality, control over the building runtime, maintenance plans and growth options far superior to traditional construction. Principles of sustainable economy and the spirit of recycling accompany all project decisions.
Garoza House 10.1 is the first application of the industrialized prototype, adjusted to the needs and personality of its owners.
