Text description provided by the architects. This Band of six similar single-family houses is part of a new residential hedquarter in Setúbal, a small city 40 miles away from Lisbon. At the moment, only two are built.
The concept of the whole block is quiet simple. The separation of the plots is made through an exterior staircaise placed in the end of each house. The social area is located in the backward, with individual pool and garden.
Inside, the first floor include a kitchen, a dining/living room and a room/office with a support bathroom. Three master bedrooms are located in the second floor with a wide terrace.
