A good oriented plot. Slight slope to southwest and a woodland with chestnuts, oaks and eucalyptus to northeast. We try not to bother the surrounding context. We respect the woodland and we place close to a future road to be built in northeast. At the same time we close the indoor spaces to this future road.
A slight compact construction with only one floor, and a single organization H shaped, this way we avoid accessibility problems for disabled people. We access from the west, trough a private hall, to the building´s center. From there, we can reach all the building´s facilities. Each use of the building situated in a different wing. Staff facilities, rehabilitation, pediatrics, general consults and installation systems organized around courtyards, hallways or fissures.
These fracture spaces tinge the meeting of the building with the context and create good quality architectural interior spaces. Permeable or contained spaces, opened or closed spaces, depending on the use.
Direct lighting through lattices or roof windows creates quality spaces. Load bearing walls, concrete slabs, steel covers, hidden pitched roof, linoleum flooring and interior partitions of wood o plasterboard.
