Text description provided by the architects. A circa 1920's residence with compromised heritage elements was remodeled and extended to create three, single level, 3 bedroom apartments. A new addition to the north capitalises on northern light and ocean views and accommodates deep verandah's and the principle living rooms. The extension is painted to blend with the original dark brick structure and timber louvres reference traditional detailing whilstproviding control for privacy, sun, and sea breezes.
