Located in Mogi Mirim, Brazil, Alves Rossi company, specializing in the manufacture of food products, has undergone a recent division, becoming two separate companies. The new split requires the construction of new facilities for the administrative sector. The project needed to be built in a few months and with a low budget. It houses the rooms of directors, work stations, meeting, treasury, cafeterias, locker rooms and laboratory.
The proposal was to build a large pavilion with an open plan, providing great flexibility for future expansions. Two large side gables and a sequence of concrete pillars hold trusses and metal tiles. The walls and the area outside the changing rooms are made with ceramic blocks, and all rooms are built on slabs of plasterboard. The floor is polished concrete, the frames are formed by concrete and sheets of tempered glass, a large metal frame and glass crosses all ends of the project.
