Text description provided by the architects. After selecting the building site, this residence is based on its urban and topographic conditions for raising a cloister scheme open to good orientation. The project was designed for the welfare of its users with the presence of natural light and the setting of rooms, keeping in mind the movement of the residents through common areas, the chapel and the garden.
The project is articulated through various dualities with the coexistence of density with emptiness and with the figurative and the abstract. This is conceived to dignify the care building and to socialize the contemporary architecture.
The small manipulation of traditional habitudes allows certain structural achievements at reasonable cost. Membrane-structure fusion allows good natural energy flow using the patio as natural regulation.
