The Impress dental clinic concept is aimed at a young audience, which has grown with new technologies, since its offer is based on online treatments that reduce face-to-face visits. From the first moment, Impress looked for a fresh design, that represented the brand and its values, that moved away from the clichés of a dental clinic (white colors, aseptic environment).

Campus Symbiosis ICS Milan International School / Barreca & La Varra
Campus Symbiosis of ICS Milan International School is part of Area Symbiosis, the Covivio Business District in Porta Romana in Milan. The building has a very recognisable identity shape and is wrapped in a fluid system of curves that envelops the whole. The lot on which it stands is not large, so the project has compressed the volumes and spaces as much as possible, generating a "vertical school" in which interior spaces of double and triple heights and exterior spaces such as terraces and loggias follow one after the other, "climbing" the building. In defining the interior design and the outdoor spaces, Barreca & La Varra also involved current students of ICS Milan and students from Milan's high schools in workshops that led to stimulating contamination of design ideas, responding to the needs of the building's future users.
Bun Milan Restaurant / Masquespacio
The aim for the project was to create an identity with a clear focus on the younger generations and at the same time represent a more sophisticated approach for a high-quality hamburger restaurant.
Echo Pavilion / Pezo Von Ellrichshausen
Faintly resembling the solitary nymph who could only repeat the last words spoken by someone else, the proposed pavilion is a direct echo of its historical surroundings.

Nomadic Bookstore in Milan / AA Museum Lab & Lars Müller Publishers
From the architect. Conceived as an itinerant urban structure, the hovering LED-lit roof of the pavilion projects into the city ever changing provocative titles of Lars Müller’s books and shelters the publications within a soft interior-scape. Inside the pavilion, the predominant use of fine cork with diamond-pointed ashlar ceiling details, allows for a uniform exhibition book display and provides an acoustically subdued environment within hustle of the urban Milanese context. Intended as a prototype, in future incarnations the pavilion will transform itself at night by seamlessly morphing into a closed volume through the use of a pneumatic system.
