FIAM Italia collaborated with a team of local architects to transform a luxury manor in Bergen, Norway, blending Italian craftsmanship with Scandinavian design principles. This residential project introduces the Soft Modern Mood, merging contemporary elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The manor’s dining and living spaces showcase a harmonious mix of materials and textures, where glass plays a central role in creating a refined and timeless aesthetic. The project highlights the integration of functionality and artistry, with each piece contributing to the overall ambiance while maintaining practicality for daily use. The products were meticulously positioned to shape the atmosphere of the manor’s living and dining areas, demonstrating the adaptability of FIAM Italia’s designs in creating spaces that balance modernity and warmth.

The dining area centers around the Vertige dining table by Emmanuel Gallina, featuring a Tobacco-finished wood frame and a bronze glass surface. This table anchors the room, offering a sleek and sophisticated focal point. Above, the Sipario chandelier by Gupica creates a delicate interplay of light and shadow, adding warmth to the space. The Caadre mirror by Philippe Starck reflects natural light, amplifying the spaciousness and enhancing the ethereal quality of the setting.

In the living area, the Condense sofa by This Weber brings soft, curved lines and comfortable design, echoing the aesthetic refinement of FIAM’s glass heritage. The Type coffee tables, with their layered bronze glass tops and Tobacco wood bases, create a cohesive visual flow. Completing the space, the Echo Line cupboard and showcases by Marcel Wanders provide a functional yet elegant storage solution, encapsulating the modern yet timeless appeal of the residence.
