The Bi-folding Door - Facade Module Ecoline is a thermally insulated solution designed for efficiently enclosing balconies and loggias while maintaining their original architectural character.

This module combines a parapet element with an Ecoline bi-folding door to form a fixed unit with a comprehensive profile frame. Despite the size of the modules, the profile views and the static crossbar are narrow, giving the facade a delicate appearance. Additionally, the system features concealed mounting and drainage planes. The triple glazing provides optimal thermal insulation values of 1.1 W/(m²K), making it suitable for buildings with heightened energy efficiency requirements.

Modules are delivered to the construction site as prefabricated elements, with balustrade glass and folding elements installed on-site. For structural connection, there are two options: the modules can be mounted directly onto the existing floor slab with consoles or placed in front of it, preserving the balcony area. A convenient cleaning pin allows for safe and easy cleaning of the glass from the inside.
