The Belgian company D'leteren is focused on future mobility and has been showcasing this vision since May 2022 at its new bike shop in Brussels.
The 3,000 m² flagship store, featuring a showroom, workshop, and test track, serves as the centerpiece among the eleven Lucien Bikes stores located across Brussels and Antwerp, offering customers a comprehensive experience. The two-story shop, formerly a Volkswagen showroom, is furnished extensively with the H3303 ST10 Natural Hamilton Oak decor by EGGER. Large wall claddings with integrated hanging systems and pedestals for special bicycles have been crafted, seamlessly integrating with the room's design, featuring black bases made from PerfectSense Topmatt laminate in U999 PM Black. The podiums for cargo bikes were constructed using F638 Chromix Silver, while the remaining pedestals also feature the Hamilton Oak decor. This warm Hamilton Oak aesthetic is echoed in the children's corner and the kitchen cabinets at the coffee station.

On the ground floor, the H3303 ST10 decor harmonizes beautifully with the warm grey tones of the tiles, and on the first floor, it complements the colors of the pre-existing laminate flooring. In the open-plan work area, the wood effects highlight a sense of craftsmanship. The architect has successfully created a modern yet welcoming atmosphere that naturally draws attention to the bicycles.
