Located in Zaragoza, Gardea Residencial consists of 38 homes across two buildings of two and three stories. The project is stands out for its contemporary and sleek design, as well as its meticulous attention to detail. To enhance the building's energy performance, the architect implemented a ventilated façade using the Gres Aragon Ventilated Facade Ceramic Tiles - Faveker. The double façade features matte white GA16 ceramic pieces of 500×1000 cm, installed using the FTS 502A fixing system on both horizontal and vertical profiles. These ceramic pieces ensure long-lasting durability, resisting weather conditions and preserving the façade's aesthetic appeal over time.
The porcelain ceramic tiles are manufactured by extrusion and verified throughout the entire process from sourcing raw materials to the packaging, undergoing strict quality control.
