Easy Glass Prime is a family with high ease of installation and alignment, largely due to the revolutionary invention in its base shoe, the Q-disc System, which simplifies the installation and alignment of glass panels. The Q-disc System used in Easy Glass Prime is suitable for glass up to 1 inch (25.52 mm) thick. This means that builders can easily create glass railings for stairs or balconies that require greater strength – for example in office buildings, restaurants, or hotels.

The combination of the inlay and the Q-disc allows builders to secure each glass panel in seconds, only by the click of the disc into the inlay and securing the glass by turning the disc using the Q-disc tool. The revolutionary system also allows adjusting each glass panel by up to 1.2 degrees from vertical, by ‘sliding’ the inlay to the left or right before securing the glass.

The Easy Glass Prime glass railing is available with two different types of base channels for top installation and two for fascia installation. These include F- and Y-shaped solutions that can be installed directly at or over the edge of a surface. All of them work with the adjustable Q-disc System, which is suitable for glass thicknesses ranging from 5/8 to 1 inch (16.76 to 25.52 mm).

The Easy Glass Prime Base Shoe is a modern Q disc system featuring a base shoe 2.8" wide, that has a groundbreaking approach to aligning and securing the glass.

The holes in the base shoe of the Easy Glass Prime have tolerances that make installation on uneven surfaces much easier. There is also a wide choice of anchors for fixing the glass railing to the floor, and the design uses clear markings and a reassuring click sound to confirm the correct installation. Since the system allows for its installation from inside the railing, there is no need for scaffolding.

The Easy Glass Prime base shoe:

• has shoe shims that are available for top and fascia-mounted base shoes to level uneven surfaces.
• has claddings that can be simply clicked onto the fascia-mounted base shoes to cover the drill holes
• has efficient rainwater drainage and waterlogging prevention with drainage profiles
• can use glass connectors, glass protection, and glass cap rails
• can connect glass panels without cap rails or U-profiles

It has F- and Y-shaped base shoes for unfinished floors and for installing at or beyond the edge of a surface, requiring minimal use of anchors in base shoe installation.
