Pivot Door in Italian Villa | Oikos Venezia

Oikos Venezia is a leading international manufacturer of high-end security doors with aesthetic impact. Synua from Oikos Venezia was used in a villa, located in Castelfidardo, Italy.

The villa—designed by architecture firm M3 Projetti—is a luxury residence with over 1,000 square meters of floor space over three floors. The building's exterior is characterized by a clean monochrome color palette.

The Synua 3TT safety door was selected for this project, which includes a thermal barrier frame. The design of the door remains unchanged despite the use of the heat barrier leaf and door frame and, at the same time, it offers an exponential increase in thermal insulation.
