XXII Carat is a residential project in Dubai, comprising a collection of Mediterranean beachfront villas on the Palm Jumeirah. A key feature of the penthouse design, developed by Tansforma Design, was the free-standing Helical Staircase that Siller Treppenn crafted.

Characteristics

The free-standing Helical Staircase has an oval layout complemented by a sloped curved glass balustrade and stringer. Siller Treppen customized the color to match the penthouse's architecture, emphasizing the sculptural character of the staircase. The banisters are finished in polished brass and complete the project's overall appearance.
