Stonetech is a Greek company specializing in the quarrying, processing, and trading of natural stones such as marble and other engineered surfaces. Their portfolio includes quarries owned by the brand and exclusive partnerships in Greece and around the globe. All their products can be exported in blocks, slabs, and cut to size.
Stonetech exports blocks, slabs, and 2D and 3D cut-to-size products to over 40 countries worldwide, aided by automated and robotic production technologies. Their team comprises experts on every stage of stone handling, from production to design. Stonetech has teams for internal design, architecture, engineering, tendering, a sampling lab, project management, and a wholesale team.
The company has owned quarries while it also has exclusive access to and controls the production of several quarries in Greece and abroad. The aim is to supply marble to the local and international markets in quantities needed for large-scale projects.
The most popular quarries owned by Stonetech are the Aliveri Grigio Quarry and the Silver Cloud Quarry.
Aliveri Grigio - The Quarry
Aliveri Grigio marble is a calcite marble privately held by Stonetech since 2022, extracted from the island of Evia, in Greece.
As a Greek marble, it is highly regarded for its quality and aesthetic appeal, and it is exported to countries worldwide. The main mineralogical composition consists of calcite (96%) – dolomite (2%) and quartz (2%).
The marble is known for its distinctive grey coloration and fine texture, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. From modern to classic architecture and interior design, Aliveri Grigio is a durable and multipurpose marble with excellent mechanical and chemical properties, ideal for indoor and outdoor applications, such as flooring and cladding, decorative applications, pool coping, and tiles.
Stonetech supplies Aliveri Grigio marble in blocks, slabs, and cut-to-size and in all types of finishes.
The current production capacity is at 15.000 tons per year, and it is estimated to double following the company’s investment plan and in consideration of all the environmental regulations regarding extraction.

Silver Cloud & Skyline - The Quarry
Silver Cloud is a unique marble quarried and distributed exclusively by Stonetech from Volos, Greece. The Silver Cloud stone’s colors stand between warm and cold tones.
The main mineralogical composition comprises calcite (96%) and dolomite (4%).
Silver Cloud has excellent frost resistance, which makes it highly appealing for projects in North Europe, Canada, and Russia. Its high-quality properties make it ideal for many types of indoor and exterior applications as well as for pool tiles & copings.

Its light grey color with white veins makes it suitable for wall cladding, book match applications, and flooring. Silver Cloud has been widely used for decorative items and furniture. Stonetech supports all requests of Silver Cloud in blocks, slabs, and cut-to-size.
The quarry’s production capability is about 15.000 tons per year and is expected to increase to 30.000 tons within the next three years, respecting all extraction environmental regulations. The available finishes are polished, honed, sandblasted, bush hammered, and brushed.
Silver Cloud marble comes from the same quarry where the Skyline marble is produced, sharing the same properties and mineralogical composition, but distinguished by its coloring and veining.

The Silver Cloud marble was chosen for the facade of the Savvin Condos Residential Project. It has a facade clad in vein-cut & honed marble. It was chosen for its frost resistance, and over 7,000 m2 were shipped to Russia for the cladding.
