VANK is a Polish company dedicated to the design of office furniture, with the mission to incorporate the principles of circularity and sustainability into every design. The headquarters for an e-commerce company located at Panattoni Park near Poznań by the firm HOOF has been fit with a selection of VANK furniture pieces as part of the project’s commitment to sustainable materials and products in interior design.
This office space includes space for 1,000 working spots, with complementary conference and training rooms, meeting rooms, a cafeteria, a reception and collaboration area, a gym, and a nursing room.
The project was developed following a sustainable development policy, and the facility was certified by BREEAM.
The acoustic insulation products provided by VANK include the modular VANK_SCREEN_ELLIPSE_BIO, the VANK_PANEL_ELLIPSE_BIO, and the VANK_BOX ELLIPSE_BIO for improved acoustic and sound insulation in their meeting rooms, meeting pods and common areas.

The VANK_BOX_JUNGLE model was customized for this project, with wooden floors, stone, and green walls on the outside of the pod.
VANK_PEEL lounge and standard chairs were used for meeting rooms and common areas, combined with the matching VANK_PEEL tables. The seat’s beech plywood is made with a process that makes more effective use of the veneer and limits its waste.
The VANK_CUBE is a furniture family, where each piece is made of one or multiple cubes of a standard 36 cm size, that can adapt and attach. The cubes are made of flax and hemp and can be reconfigured to adapt to changing space or use requirements. For this project, the collection of office cabinets was used to create bookshelves on the sides of the office rooms.

The VANK_ELLIPSE acoustic panels are a modular wall attachment made of recycled and bio-based materials, designed to attenuate sound. It has two models that have been combined to create custom patterns.
The VANK_SCREEN is a prefabricated mobile wall with acoustic properties, designed to separate workstations from each other. They are made of biocomposites and recycled PET.

The ELLIPSE BIO box is an acoustic mobile pod for six people, within which outside noise can be blocked thanks to the sound-absorbing materials of its walls. It is made with ELLIPSE panels that break up sound waves.
The left wall of the pod is finished with a system of modules for growing air-purifying potted plants.
All VANK acoustic pods can be moved freely at any time — and disassembled and assembled back if necessary. This is possible thanks to the castors fixed to the base and the heavy-duty design — suitable for repeated assembly.

The VANK_CELOO family is composed of armchairs, poufs, and tables designed to sit and work in semi-reclined positions, of which the chairs and armchairs were integrated to common areas in this project.
The VANK_TOOR are drawer units for office environments that are fit with acoustic screens. The tops are made of eco-friendly SwissCDF board or beech plywood in natural veneer.
