The location of the house became the chosen site for a private sanctuary by a Barcelona lawyer. Post-pandemic, the owner, originally centered in Barcelona city, realized the flexibility of relocating his business office to this quiet environment with a mild climate and uninterrupted scenic views. The house has seven bedrooms, separate from various private and shared living spaces.
