Knut Ice Room

Alpha Wellness Sensations’ ice rooms serve the purpose of cooling the body following an infrared, steam room, or sauna session at a temperature ranging from 0-5°C. This practice promotes blood circulation and strengthens blood vessel walls, offering an alternative to traditional methods like rolling in the snow or immersing in an ice hole, as seen in Finnish sauna traditions. The cooling process involves rubbing ice flakes on the feet, legs, hands, and arms, with the recommendation to follow the direction of the heart for optimal results. The interior finish can be customized with wood, tiles, or themed walls. Additionally, a snow machine is available as an optional feature to enhance the experience.

Emphasizing attractive interior designs enhances the overall atmosphere, making the room a focal point in the wellness area.
