Gira G1 is a central control unit. This multi-touch display from Gira enables users to switch operations for lights and blinds creating the impression that someone is at home. By integrating the room temperature controller into the control unit, users can easily set individual room temperature.
Applications
Gira G1 is not only suitable as an operating device for a KNX installation with Gira X1 or Gira HomeServer, but also for controlling Gira One systems. In this way, it becomes an intelligent central operating unit in any smart home and is equally suitable for modernization projects, retrofits, and new builds.
Security
Gira G1 offers carefree operation thanks to an encrypted connection with KNX Secure. KNX Secure secures communication between the Gira G1 operating device and all other KNX Secure-capable devices. Thanks to this encrypted and tamper-proof connection, users can maintain full control of their systems at all times without having to fear unwanted external intervention.
