With its streamlined minimalist aesthetic, the Gira E2 design line is the perfect complement to a range of interior styles. The Gira E2 line offers a variety of shatter-proof UV-resistant plastic frames in pure white matt, pure white glossy, black matt, aluminum (varnished) anthracite, or stainless steel.
The Gira E2 surface-mounted option is perfect for retrofitting and the lack of wires isn’t a problem. Adding inserts from the Gira System 55, a wide range of functions can be realized with the Gira E2 design line: from socket outlets and Gira pushbutton sensors for KNX to the Gira System 3000 blind timer display and the Gira IP flush-mounted radio.

Lighting Elements
The Gira E2 surface-mounted option is now available with a constantly active lighting element to guide users along poorly lit hallways or staircases. The module runs on a minimum amount of energy and can easily be retrofitted by an electrician, as it merely replaces the blind slider.
