Fiber Cement Boards - Patina Signature | Swisspearl

Patina Signature is a customizable fiber cement board offered by Swisspearl. Users can emboss their own designs onto any board, thereby creating a unique and individual façade. These boards are based on the Patina Original and the rustic Patina Rough textures. By contrasting their structural elements, the result enables a wide range of design possibilities for the façade, from fine details to large-scale motives.

Material

These thoroughly colored fiber cement boards combine the characteristics of the sandblasted Patina Rough façade and the delicate, sanding lines on Patina Original. Swisspearl products are protected by a surface treatment that offers substantial resistance against moisture and dirt. Over time, the board will develop a natural patina, enhancing its natural appearance.

The design can be embossed in two ways: either by allowing the rustic texture of Patina Rough to be the dominant feature and incorporating the engraving in the smooth texture of Patina Original, or vice versa.

Installation

• For aluminum substructure, Swisspearl Rivets Aluminum 4.0x20 are suitable for installation.
• For a steel substructure installation, it is recommended to use Swisspearl
• Rivets steel 4.8x20mm or a Swisspearl Facade screw CL-SS 4.8x29.
  For a wood installation, Swisspearl Facade Screws are recommended, available unpainted or in colors that match the façade boards.
