Cascade Coil’s Guardian Grade Fabricoil^® wire fabric provides exceptional material strength, which is connected to a heavy-duty Secura Track with vertical aluminum channels that elegantly frame the fabric mesh. Cascade Coil custom manufactures each Pre-Engineered Security Gate or Screen to meet any requirements.

Fabricoil® wire fabric does not require heavy support or large storage pockets. It allows free airflow for HVAC and signage, media, products, and advertisements to remain visible while secured. There are plenty of design and configuration options available for Cascade Coil’s pre-engineered security gates and screens and the company can assist clients in the selection of wire fabric, tracks, locks, channels, and other components to meet their exact vision and security requirements.

Materials

Fabricoil^® is manufactured by interlocking metal wire coils via a simple corkscrew method: weaving the spirals together to create a flexible metal wire fabric panel. Fabricoil^® begins with a base metal wire available in varieties of steel, aluminum, brass, copper, or stainless steel. Cascade Coil’s team of craftsmen coupled with inventive machinery forms the wire into a spiral of a specified weave size. Fabricoil^® panel length is determined by the height of the opening at the installation site. Panel edges are hand-crimped and the finished Fabricoil^® panel is secured to the attachment system of choice.
