Cascade Coil's pre-engineered and custom-engineered wire mesh systems are specified for a wide range of creative interior and exterior applications. Cascade Coil presents Fabricoil®, a versatile metal wire mesh material. Fabricoil® looks and performs like traditional woven metal wire mesh but it is more affordable, which lets architects and designers flex their creativity, creating signature interiors and exteriors and turning architectural projects with modest budgets into something unique.
Fabricoil® is manufactured by interlocking metal wire coils via a simple corkscrew method: weaving the spirals together to create a flexible metal wire fabric panel. Fabricoil® begins with a base metal wire available in varieties of steel, aluminum, brass, copper, or stainless steel. Cascade Coil's team of craftsmen coupled with inventive machinery forms the wire into a spiral of a specified weave size. Fabricoil® panel length is determined by the height of the opening at the installation site. Panel edges are hand-crimped and the finished Fabricoil® panel is secured to the attachment system of choice.
Characteristics
The metal wire mesh fabric is available in unlimited widths and up to 40 feet in length, and can even be spliced together at the installation site. Cascade Coil’s high-quality architectural metal wire mesh options are available in durable powder coatings, low-VOC lacquer finishes, and custom colors.
