Acoustic products from Autex were used to create a luxury co-working space. LEO is a company that specializes in luxury executive serviced offices in and around London. Their latest expansion included creating spaces on the top two floors of Park House, a modern mixed-use building off Oxford Street.
Design Concept
Following the concept of other LEO premises, the offices had to appeal to a high-end audience with elegant and sophisticated interiors and furnishings. The layout includes an executive lounge, meeting rooms, refreshment areas, and serviced office suites that have been integrated into a unique aesthetic whole.
Execution
Having worked with LEO on three previous projects, Autex is used to meeting the brief for an imaginative and different interior. The open, spacious layout takes full advantage of the dramatic double-height curved walls and roof, with expanses of glazing that flood the space with light.
The space includes unique eye-catching features with unusual joinery designs. This includes teepees, a long arching fin wall in the lounge, and suspended ceiling frameworks festooned with greenery.
