You can download Lumion Student or Lumion Faculty directly from the Lumion website. Simply fill in the relevant form and you’ll automatically receive an email explaining the next steps.

In certain countries, you may need to contact a local Lumion partner. You can find the full list of their authorized resellers here.

Lumion Student is valid for one year and, as long as you’re still a student once the year’s up, can easily be renewed. Lumion Faculty is available for three years, and can also be renewed all the while you represent an educational institution.

As Lumion is now only available as a Subscription, you’ll get access to the latest version of the software and any other updates as soon as they become available.

How to Renew a License

Each Lumion Student license is valid for 365 days. Once it has expired, you’ll need to uninstall your current version of Lumion and reapply for a new license, just as you did previously.
