Valcucine's Riciclantica kitchen furniture collection designed by Gabriele Centazzo, is based on the concept of dematerialization, which aims to reduce the amount of material used while achieving flight and lightness. The collection features an aluminum frame and a 2mm-thick door, which saves up to 85% of material compared to traditional doors. The grip recess on the base unit surfaces further emphasizes the dematerialization philosophy.

The use of materials is carefully selected to ensure excellent resistance while maintaining a coating just a few millimeters thick for doors, tops, and end panels. Additional elements, such as the Aerius wall-hung system, shelving units, and floor-to-ceiling system, enhance the freedom of movement and visual clarity with their floating, upward-sweeping design. Valcucine's Riciclantica collection prioritizes lightness, dematerialization, and ethical design, making it a unique and innovative option for modern kitchens.

Key Features of the Design

• Patented door technology: The door, made of Riciclantica, is only 2 mm thick. This structure ensures a soft and light closure, high water resistance, and extraordinary lightness that promotes a longer life of the hinges.
• Structural frame made of anodized aluminum: The frame is assembled through strong mechanical joints, 100% recyclable at the end of its life. The aluminum is protected through an anodic oxidation treatment that makes the surface layers resistant to scratches and corrosion. The frame is not visible from the outside.
  
  
  
  
  
• Silicone rubber gasket: The gasket functions as a bumper, dust cover, and drip saver. Silicone rubber is a non-toxic, hypoallergenic, heat-resistant, and fully recyclable material widely used in the food and medical industries. Silicone materials have excellent thermal stability and high resistance to UV and atmospheric aging.

To further enhance the feeling of functionality, it is possible to complement the Riciclantica kitchen with dedicated Valcucine special elements, which with their suspended, upward-sloping forms free up both movement and sightlines.
