Ventilated Facade in Residential Refurbishment | Gres Aragón

As part of a refurbishment project in an urban complex in Zumaia, the residential buildings are installing the Faveker^® ceramic ventilated facade system by Gres Aragón. Selecting the product aligned with the desire in wanting to improve the buildings' energy performance and the client's commitment towards environmentally-friendly choices. The system reduces the building's demand for primary energy and uses fully recyclable material that already consists of at least 40% recycled raw material. The ceramic tiles offer a long-lasting and resistant solution with an aesthetic that won't fade, thanks to the use of digital printing technology. After the installation of the new ventilated façade, the building got a noteworthy appreciation in value.
