Parking Solutions for Electra Residential Tower | MPSystem

Parking solutions from MPSystem were installed in the Electra Residential Tower, in Abu Dhabi. Projects situated in Abu Dhabi are characterized by a high level of occupancy requiring a high amount of parking as well as a system that accommodates high traffic levels.

System Solution

The parking garage was designed with 4 basement levels with a capacity for 205 vehicles. MPSystem products used include 3 Lift systems and 8 Turning Trolleys which work in a variety of combinations. This allows simultaneous parking/retrieval of multiple cars, making this system arrangement one of the fastest in the MPSystem lineup. The special trolley is equipped with a rotation function to ensure the car is in an exit position during retrieval. The waiting room is located next to the car drop-off area, for quick access and easy monitoring of the parking process.
