Meeting Pods in Unilever Office | Hushoffice

Hushoffice is a manufacturer of acoustic pods, which keep up with change and provide people with workplaces that support their needs. Hushoffice offers flexible and ergonomic solutions that complete an office space and positively shape a team’s culture. HushMeet meeting pods from Hushoffice were used in the Unilever office in Hamburg, Germany.

The biggest challenge in this project was to create a space inspired by the company’s new slogan (“Purpose-Led, Future-Fit”). The project’s guiding ideas were flexible design, co-working, well-being as well as employee engagement and empowerment.

Employees from Unilever participated in the creation process of design, selection, and development of the most suitable solutions for their needs. The result is a multi-space office landscape with a practical design for each room’s specific purpose. Plants and natural lighting encourage the team’s healthy biorhythm, fostering well-being.

HushMeet from Hushoffice provides a space for informal conversations, in person and online. With the modular configuration, varied capacities (from 2 to 8 people), and different forms (closed or open), they enrich workplaces and allow the carrying out of energized, efficient, or informal conversations. A clean, contemporary design and a wide range of upholstery fabrics and colors make HushMeet pods suit most office interiors.
