Project Design
Completed in 1966, the Brutalist-style building has undergone a complete interior transformation, renovating the commercial building to suit apartments. The conversion includes 82 luxurious apartments suited for individuals looking for a modern work-life balance. The ground level offers a new culinary destination with an attached public square that includes a variety of upscale dining choices.
The interior design of the apartments is inspired by the futuristic exterior of the building, merging dark hardwood floors with lightly colored rooms, optimizing the natural light that enters from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows.

The kitchens are situated in a spacious area that neighbors the main living space. The interior offers a bespoke design paired with functional modern appliances from Gaggenau. Appliances included ovens, a warming drawer, and an induction cooktop
