This pool house has three window fronts made by Air-Lux that can be lowered vertically across the entire width without thresholds. The indoor pool has an unobstructed view of the garden to become a summer terrace and an outdoor pool in summer and can be protected from the cold in the winter.

Technology

  • 3 Air-Lux Descending Windows
  • Triple insulating glass
  • Inflatable double Air-Lux air seal
  • Weight per window 1.6 tons
  • Truss construction with counterweight for perfect balancing
  • Control via house control system, and dead man's control
  • Technical room in the basement with drainage and safety door
  • Zipprofil-guided, wind-stable motorised vertical screen shading

Air-Lux Countersunk windows open so that the entire lowered window "sinks" into the floor. The advantage over a sliding window is that there is no need for a fixed element in front of which the slide can be pushed.
