The Beat pendant system from Tom Dixon combines different forms into one piece of art, different chandeliers and systems are comprised of a combination of the individual beat lights, Beat Stout, Beat Tall, Beat Fat, and Beat Wide. Different designs vary in form with round and linear systems, in combinations, and in color with three finishes available.
LED Technology
Beat lighting is designed with an LED module which offers a more efficient light with high performance and longer life expectancy. The integrated LED module is fully serviceable and replaceable.

The Beat Collection
The Beat family is the result of an initiative undertaken by Tom Dixon in Jaipur, India that was inspired by a re-purposed water vessel. The forms are made by artisan craftsmen within the region, in an effort to develop and maintain the skills of street metalworkers. Using the existing techniques for traditional brass work used to create cooking pots and water vessels, existing objects were hand-raised, welded, beaten, and skimmed into functional forms that reflect the golden light.
