TP Bennett architecture studio are responsible for the creation of student accommodation in London, designed in the style of a luxury hotel. Miles Street contains 841 student rooms, office spaces, and community recreational facilities right in the heart of the profitable Vauxhall district. The multipurpose complex is made up of two towers, one 37-story, and one 6-story, and a terrace, which is nominated for the final round of the Liquid Roofing & Waterproofing Association awards.
The wholesale rejuvenation of the area, including high-quality landscaping, has transformed this corner of south London into an attractive walking route. The multipurpose roof terrace offers students an ideal way to spend their free time. The calling card of the project became a signature pastel green color: RAL 6019.

Safety Regulations
Safety was one of the most important factors ruling the choice of products and materials. Originally the project was designed in jatoba, but due to fire safety regulations on the terrace, the possibility of surface treating the wood with an additional inflammable coating was considered. The client's ultimate conclusion was to include mmcité product models that do not feature wood. The choice of timeless and restrained metal in the pastel green color suits this terrace best.
